Among infinite possibilities arrive messages from the outskirts, including impulses that inspire my work. I am sometimes a quixotic argonaut discovering worlds unknown, and at times I am a plankton adrift in the ocean of perceptibility.
My creative process is often happening without my conscious involvement - marks emanating from pen or brush, mass forming from paper and paste - surprising me with strange yet familiar beacons to far off places in my psyche. Stories of pain or triumph, detachment, poignancy, love, and vigor, all swirl about as I observe what the mind channels from outside and from within.
Fascination with humanity manifests in my art, imbuing even inanimate objects and otherworldly scenes . Conveying stories through authentic visual expression, I desire to reverberate heartstrings, activating fragments of the beholder's inner imagery. In this way we may transcend each other’s worlds.
As the journey continues, I keep my instruments finely tuned, receptive to the ever-flowing signals, signs, and frequencies all around, while ceaselessly discovering new ways to communicate my findings.
